He is also proud to be able to expand Appledore’s offering with his own excellent knowledge, experience, and specialist skills in Oral Surgery, Dental Implant Surgery and Conscious Sedation.

Omar is an accomplished, highly qualified, and experienced specialist Oral Surgeon and Dental Implant Surgeon.  Omar has a vast knowledge and experience in Oral Surgery, Dental Implant Surgery, as well as Conscious Sedation.

His vast knowledge and wealth of experience allow him to perform complicated dental implant surgeries and other specialised surgical procedures for the treatment of Oral and Maxillofacial problems.

Omar has over 15 years of experience in both the surgical and restorative management of dental implant cases, placed more than 2,000 implants and caried out thousands of oral surgical procedures. He undertakes all aspect of dental implant treatments, including teeth in a day, full arch cases, complex bone grafting cases, sinus lift and pterygoid implants.

Omar is a General Dental Council registered specialist in Oral Surgery and currently working as a Consultant Oral Surgeon at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

He is a fellow and member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England & Ireland. He is also a member of the British Dental Association, British Association of Oral Surgeons, and Society for Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry.

In addition to his clinical work, Omar is a mentor and supervisor for higher Specialist trainee in Oral Surgery and Dental Core trainee in oral & maxillofacial surgery.
